Refund Policy

Registration for 50 Acre Wood Day Camp is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. As our program requires advance planning, staffing, and preparation, fees are generally non-refundable.

 

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as a death in the immediate family or a relocation that makes attendance no longer possible. Requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed with care by Elmwood Community School.

 

In the event that Elmwood Community School must cancel camp programming due to unforeseen circumstances, including low enrollment or other operational considerations, a full refund will be provided.
